good but could be better

Overall this was the best cruise we have been on, but the classic drinks package of which we looked at on celebrity site was changed whilst the ship was sailing from America, We browsed the package and were pleased with the type of quality drinks which was within the price range ( still being shown on the celebrity site) only to find the price structure was changed on the drinks, this was restrictive and disappointing we found out this on the first night and after complaining at the customer relations desk and making a formal complaint to head office (still awaiting a reply) had to increase to premium drinks package which there was a charge.
We were very surprised that we were not informed previously to the changes whilst boarding the ship.
I don’t usually complain but it ruined the first night on the ship because even the staff did not know about the changes and could not inform us on what was included.
I would like to think that Bolsover Cruise Club will take this complaint to Celebrity and hopefully this won’t happen again to other customers.
