Our transatlantic cruise from Southampton to Fort Lauderdale was the best. Check-in was efficient and we were in our cabin relaxing within an hour. The ship had a very contemporary feel, spotlessly clean, well organised events everyday especially the choir which was wonderful, our choir master, Chico was amazing, pure joy. The Cruise Director Sue Denning was incredible, very funny lady, how she remained so cheerful and energetic throughout goodness knows, I want some of what she’s on for sure.
We experienced some rough weather at the beginning of the cruise which generated a lot of noise in the cabin (we were on deck 10) it was a bit alarming, but nothing you can do about that really. I suffered from motion sickness, but the medic delivered some magic pills and within 2 hours I felt like a new woman. The whole experience was memorable, good food, great entertainment, fantastic service and a very well run ship. Congratulations on a job well done to the Captain and all is crew.
