excellent on all counts, including excursions and weather, hence 5 stars for service , condition, cleanliness and comfort, Entertainment OK if you like pop music and trivia.

Could not give 5 stars overall because of Celebrities’ abysmal ground arrangements on arrival and departure at Miami. This the second time I have experienced this with Celebrity. Absolute shambles at Miami airport going in an coming out, no buses, 6 staff, 0ne of whom seemed to be endlessly making phone calls and the others just standing around. We had to wait 2 hours and 30 minutes for a bus. The hotel didn’t seem to be expecting us, there was no letter to tell us what time the bus would pick us up to go to the ship next day, and no letter on return about departure to the airport. Both hotels were perfectly nice and did have rooms booked when we asked, but were not informed about our other arrangements. On the return we ended up taking a taxi from ship to hotel and from hotel to airport. On any future cruises I would recommend people take taxis.
