The Ship
Brian & Elizabeth Gibbs | February 15, 2015 | Celebrity Cruises | Celebrity Infinity
This ship was a disappointment with some of the public areas dark, dated and shabby, and although our stateroom was comfortable and clean it also needed updating because of dated decor, poorly fitting cupboards doors and a balcony door that neither my wife or the female attendant could open or close.
The other big criticism was the 24 hour cafe which was set out in a race course design with items all over the place – for instance when I wanted an English Breakfast I had to queue three times in different places, one for the fried eggs, another for the beans and a third for the bacon and sausages by which time, obviously, the eggs were cold.
We make these comments having sailed on the Celebrity Eclipse and on a river cruise more recently, both of which were more modern and in better condition.
