Very disappointed with state room

The cruise was satisfactory, but badly let down by cabin My wife and I had reserved a Concierge Class cabin with balcony. We also found negotiating the web site once we had booked to be a nightmare
No shaver point in bathroom
No proper shower screen in bathroom . Plastic curtain stuck to body when showering
Nasty metal steps into bathroom and then into shower cubicle. As a safety measure there was a bathroom light which was always on and could not be switched off. Both steps were inscribed ” watch the step”
No tea or coffee making facilities in room
Whilst there was a comfortable settee in the cabin., the positioning of the television set was such that it could only be comfortably viewed by laying on the bed
The electronic lock to the cabin door did not work properly. On several occasions we were locked out and had to go to hospitality to have our cards reprogrammed and once replaced.
The bathroom door opened outwards as did the wardrobe doors opposite. When either my wife or myself were in the bathroom and wanted to come out we had to shout to make sure that the other was not standing outside the or had any wardrobe door open. this was to avoid any potential accident.
There was no drinking water in the cabin except for bottles of Evian water in the mini fridge priced at an exorbitant 6$
It is a pity the state room was so poor letting down otherwise an excellent cruise.
