Most amazing experience for first time Cruisers

My husband, sister, brother in law and I sailed on the Reflection last week. What can I say?! An absolutely fantastic time was had by all from start to finish. Organisation was excellent from outset. Ship was out of this world; spotlessly clean, modern, chic etc. Customer service was the best we have ever received and we all work in the customer service industry. Anybody can be trained to say the right thing “parrot fashion” but the guys on boards personalities simply shone through (well done to Celebrity for their recruitment programme – they obviously know what to look for in a person!). We dined in the Opus Restaurant every evening where the food and service was first class. After the first evening we booked the same table every night, not just for the setting, but to make sure we were served by Rhys, Reenan, Red and Micel. Lovely guys who could not do enough for us! We all felt a bit emotional on our last night just saying goodbye to them (and we had two blokey, blokes in our party!) Although I have named four, all the staff were brilliant. Excursions organised by Celebrity were good as well. English speaking, informative guides with good humour and personality too. I can’t praise the whole holiday enough. Briliant!
