A wonderful cruise!

What a wonderful ship, fantastic food and excellent service, and an amazing cruise – thank you!

However I do think that the Celebrity web site should be updated re appropriate dress for dining, as it stated very clearly that 3 codes of dress were required for evening attire – smart casual, informal and formal. Hence my husband took both his dinner suite as well as another, only to be informed on arrival that on the Silhouette, only 2 types of evening attire was required – smart casual & formal!

Also I was very surprised to note that on the formal nights, men were allowed into the Grand Cuvee dinning room with out both a jacket and a tie, (and one gentleman didnƒ??t even were a ƒ??properƒ? shirt but an open necked casual shirt!) whereas this would NOT have been allowed on the previous cruises we have taken with a different company. The dress code was very lax especially when on a smart casual night one male sat all the way through the meal with his hat on – surely this would not be allowed in any 4/5 star restaurant?

Although I do not want to defer from the very positive sides of our holiday, I do think that your web pages / pre cruise dress attire information should either be adhered to or updated as necessary.

I would not hesitate to recommend both Celebrity and this ship and cruise to anyone, thank you!
