Drinks
ROLAND DOTCHIN | October 29, 2018 | Cunard | Queen Elizabeth
Queen Elizabeth 1st October 2018 15 nights canaries, great cruise, food, service, ports.
Had on board spends luckily, as drinks prices plus 15% gratuities each time you buy drinks were frightening.
Think I am right in saying that, goods on ships at sea are duty-free, so Cunard has the wrong policy in overcharging, the range of goods in retail shops was unattractive and overpriced.
All the cruise companies should consider abandoning the outdated gratuities system, charge more for the cruise if necessary and pay all crew.
