Drop in Standards

I am a regular Cunarder and one of the reasons i holiday with Cunard is because of it’s traditional elegance, formality and discernment.
Whilst I have complaints whatsoever with regard to the standard of cleanliness, or food, room service, they were as they have always been first class.
I have noticed several drops in Cunards standards, and the main one is the dress protocol. Formal evenings are what they say – formal. I witnessed a man coming into the dining room on a formal night in jeans and t shirt, when I asked the Matre’ d – I am told they can only advise as the staff get threatened if they try to enforce this. Where is security? Passengers know full well when travelling the dress protocol. Another thing is the lack of passengers sanitizing when entering the restaurants, again when I asked was told exactly the same thing.

No laundry deal any more on the last couple of days.
Entertainment exactly the same as the previous week even though it was a 14 day round trip!!
