After waitng five hours to board the ship feeling worn out I was shown to my cabin which was clean luggage waiting for me and wanting to forget the waiting to board the ship a glass of wine which was served at the bar at a cost of $9.65.plus 15% tip.ok I am on the ship for 29 days if thats the cost well be it.The dinner was served cold and uneatable I ordered a bottle of polly fume at a cost of $145.00p plus 15% tip in the Savoy London the same wine is ?œ65.00p.for the Christmas dinner three peices of turkey on a bed of smash potatoe no roast potatoes or gravey the christmas pudding was hard and when asked for some custard I was told there was none left!some chesse was served I asked for chedder which was served on the next evening as the kitchen could not find any mature chedder , I left to get a sandwich instead of the rubbish at the table.next 28 days the food remained the same the kings court buffet resembled food at a soup kitchen all this for $11.00 a day tips, the in cabin TV was full of repeats,the ships staff in the bars and around the ship were very good, but when it come to the dinning the service was poor and the food bad I have been cruising for 30 years ,5 star Cunard never again.Colin Wilby.
