Queen Mary 2 Christmas markets

Unfortunately after many years of cruising on several cruise lines, this was a dissapointing cruise.
Level of service not as good as in previous years. Drinks left on the bar for 20 minutes, this order had to be collected from the bar after ordering and card taken.
Cabin crew excellent. Entertainment from average to one good comedian.Unable to book some talks as full. Also restaurant had to be booked on app.
Documentation prior to travelling explicitly stated COVID pass needed and insurance of £10 million to be shown at port. Test needed three days prior to cruise. Non of this was required on boarding. Hand sanitiser and masks had to be taken, again no masks worn by staff or guests.
Christmas markets poor and payment, 1 and a half hour journey, markets did not open until 12 midday.Return at 2 with another one and a half return journey. Markets were not good.
Christmas at Le Havre was not apparent and everyone closed when reached by shuttle bus.
Overall not a cruise thar would be recommended and extremely dissapointing
