John Bunker | March 4, 2018 | Cunard | Queen Mary 2
My wife and I have sailed on Queen Victoria and Queen Elizabeth. By comparison Queen Mary 2 was a big disappointment. Standards falling in every department and add on services very poor value.
We had midships balcony stateroom on deck 11. (11109) You would think a good choice. However noise and vibration levels in this part of ship so high as to cause serious complaint. Problem acknowledged but only compensation offered was free wi-fi. Fancy charging for wi-fi in this day and age!
Situation summed up by one client ” this ship would sell snow to eskimos”
