Weekend to bruge

Late embarking due to the ship having to be sanitised,but once on board the QM2 was as mart and as impressive as we recalled when last on board a year a go.It all went down hill after that,the dress code wasn’t adhered to and nobody enforced this(which I think is a shame for this ship) . The service in the Britannia restaurant at breakfast was slow,people walking out not bothering to wait,also their famous white glove afternoon tea was a fiasco on the first day.having booked a late saver our party of eight couldn’t dine together at night so we ate twice in Todd English which on the first time was very disappointing.the only other fine dinning open was the Cinnamon in the Kings court this also wasn’t up to the standard we have had before. In our minds it looked as if Cunard was cutting corners as this was only a mini cruise , and passengers will put up with it.But it wasn’t a very good advert for this cruise line.In all a very disappointing time
