1st cruise on Queen Victoria and Cunard

My sister and I went on this lovely ship for 5 days to Hamburg and Belguim and had a very pleasant trip.The embarkation and disembarkation was very good. The staff are attentive and happy to help in any way.The ship was spotless and the food was good our cabin was comfy and clean. We were on a table of 8 and our fellow passengers all thought it was great too. Everything is well organised.
We were lucky with the weather and it did rain a bit but no snow and ice which we thought it might be the case so we managed to go for a walk around Hamburg then back to the ship to go on a fabulous trip to Medival Luneburg it was one of the best cruise trips we have been on, very informative, great place and great guide. The ships facilities are very good with lots going on for most people to enjoy. Thank you Katie Cooke for arranging our cruise as this is the first time we have used Bolsover and will certainly use again when we next want to cruise. I have been on many cruises before with different cruise lines but I would rate Cunard as one of the best
