99% excellent, a couple of small blemishes

This was our third sailing on Cunard and we love the ships and the style. We had done almost the same cruise on Celebrity last year and noticed that Celebrity provided shuttle busses in Copenhagen whereas Cunard did not. I guess were were meant to use the $25 each hop-on hop-off tourist buses, a lost opportunity for Cunard. The only other niggle was the disorganised arrival – we booked late and were expecting details such as our dining time and table to be in our cabin. We were told to ask the maitre-d when the restaurant opened and he was quite brusque.
