Attention to detail
Christine Williams | December 30, 2013 | Cunard | Queen Victoria
Our 4th trip on Victoria, a ship we find comfortable and suits us very nicely, not too large and without water splashes, ice rinks, climbing walls and all the things we would never use. Service as usual exceeded our requirements, slick, efficient and friendly. Afternoon tea in the Queen’s Room is a must. Entertainment was varied and enjoyable, particularly the afternoon concert on sea days. Our stateroom was kept in splendid order by our room stewardess Olive. For the first 48 hours the crew were fanatical on hygiene, handrails continually being sanitised etc, it paid off keeping us all free from viruses. All shipping lines are continually changing their style but thankfully Cunard’s changes are still in keeping with our holiday needs. Overall an excellent and recommendable holiday.
