Cunard cruise problems
Barry Kitchen | January 14, 2023 | Cunard | Queen Victoria
Sorry to say following this cruise we had to write a letter of complaint to Cunard. 1st week to usual high standards, 2nd week not so. 3 days in dry dock in Cadiz to repair a propeller fault known prior to cruise. This followed an early departure from Madeira and meant we were at sea for 6 of the final 7 days of the cruise, missing a call at Lisbon.
My wife feels that Cunards standards have dropped in areas such as food and Christmas ambience was lacking and we are really unsure if we would sail with Cunard again.
