Simply amazing

Just to help you decide This was our first cruise with Cunard We went from Southampton to Norwegian fjords for a week

We were so lucky with the weather which we didn’t plan for and were there to celebrate Norway’s constitution day which was also amazing

As for the boat it is more formal than we usually go for So if you don’t like dressing up it won’t suit you . The staff were not all friendly which we are not used to . It is designed around ballroom dancing . The food in both buffet and restaurant is excellent with a wide choice ,a lot of again food , ever seen so much sushi !!! The cabin was fine . The two pools and whirlpools are never busy and there were always plenty of loungers . We didn’t go to any lectures not what we cruise for and only went to one show but understand the others were good too. Our fellow passengers were mainly our age or older If you are on second sitting as we were we found the show was too late starting at 10-30 . I found the main restaurant rather crowded and very warm with no sea view from most tables whereas the three sections where the buffet is served are very bright airy and with sea views hence we ate there mostly . I would certainly cruise with them again .
