Captains in Cadiz
Gillian Rodgers | September 25, 2018 | Fred Olsen Cruise Lines | Balmoral
We had a great holiday food, service ports of call all really enjoyable. Only set back was our newly refurbished interior cabin 8058 had a separate toilet Jack and Jill sinks and a shower cubicle at the expense of any real hanging space at all. When I asked the Manager to look for himself as he claimed not to understand what the problem was he agreed one narrow closet with no full length hanging space at all wasn’t sufficient for two adults for two weeks so he moved us to another cabin which hadn’t yet been upgraded. It seems the designer had to be male as even a minidress wouldn’t hang freely in the space now provided an expensive gaffe I think as few ladies would cope even for a week with such limited space. Imagine if it had been 2 ladies sharing. Once that was sorted the holiday was just lovely and we will book again though not the superior interior cabins if they are all like that.
