Still a super ship. We had a lovely holiday. But !!

Two or three things not as good as last year.
Embarking in Rosyth was a disaster with a computer failure. Gangways not really suitable for disabled people. Only 4 ports in 10 days
First port was Malmo and the walk to the centre was about 2 miles, then when we got there the shops were closed ( A Saturday ) , I was most surprised. Second port was Visby didn’t get in there because of bad weather. Third port was Stockholm for 2 nights but this was a tender situation as we berthed in the middle of the harbour which was not mentioned in the excursion book. My husband being disabled and needs a mobility scooter again was a disaster.

Considering 80% of passengers would be over 75 years and required sticks not the best way to disembark a ship

4 port was Gothenburg and a shuttle bus was provided
Food was very good and plenty variety
Not enough hot puddings. Got the same cold mousse, jelly etc for 10 days
Shows were first class.
Service was excellent in bars and restaurants but cabin staff not so good. I had to complain about our hand towels not changed for a week.
Weather ( which you are not in control of wasn’t very good..
I paid £5200 for 10 days for two of us . And Leaving from Rosyth is suitable for us. Looking at next year’s brochure only one trip from Rosyth. WHY !!!!
Another port would have been nice especially missing Visby.
Fred needs to bring his prices down a bit keep the standards up.
