Fly cruise suited us exceptionally well. Organisation at embarcation at the start of the cruise was excellent and continued throughout the cruise at each port visited. Hygiene and cold towels after trips were essential and continued each day as people entered every dining area. Cabin crew and other crew members occasionally seen were always polite and always acknowledge every one they encountered.
The variety of dining styles caterd for all nationalities and palletes! Food was excellent in the main dining rooms and offered variety alongside the fixed menu.
Entertainment was very good and the speciality acts excellent. There were many venues providing a good range of evening music music.Daily activities were provided for children. Pool areas were very busy but managed to cope with the numbers cooling off on the very hot days. Quiter areas could be found to sunbath or be cool. The library was particularly well stocked and cool, as was the card room.
Trips to Ephesus and Olympia had excellent guides – a five and a half hour trip was pleasantly manageable. Both trips included additional stops but these were interesting and relaxing and we were not pressured to buy what we did not want.
Santorini was very interesting but the most difficult to manage because of the access to the situation of the town at the top of the cliff.
Oppotunities to swim from beaches in on Mykonos and Katakolon were a wellcome break.
We enjoyed Mykonos Town more than Santorini, but other trips at Santorini may have been a better option than the Cliff top town.
On-board spends were a valuable benefit. Paying gratuities in advance still allowed additional tips to cabin staff who were excelent in how the seved and added amusing touches to make you smile.
Venice airport was somewhat chaotic and confusing with all duty free and dining areas before passport controll. Once beyond that check point facilities were very poor.
Overall a very enjoyable 50th wedding anniversay cruise!! And a NCLFly cruise is the way for us in the future!
