1st. cruise was great 2nd. so far not so good.

I went on a Norwegian Cruise last year and had a wonderful time. Everything was taken care of and everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. Decided to go to Alaska with Norwegian again this year with family members. This time it has been a headache. I told them when we booked the cruise that we wanted to fly in the day before. When I got my flight information it had us flying in the day of the cruise. I figured not a big deal I will just contact them and have it changed. I was told it might take 2 to 3 week to straighten this out. After 2 weeks I called them and was told that it might take until the middle of April to have our flight information. Considering our cruise is on May 1st. I feel this is ridiculous, this was their screw up and now I can’t even book a motel room or car rental because I don’t know what time we are arriving or if we are even flying in a day early. As for making plans ahead on what we want to do in Vancouver that is pretty much out too. If I had changed my mind and decided to fly in a day early I could understand the delay. But as far as I’m concerned if you screwed it up you should be fixing it as soon as possible not 7 weeks later. I don’t know if I will ever book another cruise with Norwegian again. I would think in this business customer service should be a number 1 priority.
