A Bit Underwhelming

Norwegian Star is looking dated, even though it’s allegedly had a revamp..
I don’t think it’s too much to ask for an interactive TV system in 2022.
On an October cruise in poor weather , it would be nice to watch a film that you can choose & isn’t 20 years old . The signal frequently failed.
Clean cabin, reasonable food .
NCL give with one hand & takes with the other. No free shuttles yet ports were remote. We made our own arrangements as the excursions were grossly overpriced . I felt that local information was withheld to make it more likely that people would go with the trips .
Guernsey was supposed to be our last port .. despite the fact that many cruise ships can’t get into port because they can’t tender in bad weather . Yes, it was cancelled . I asked Customer Services in the ship fir confirmation of this … ‘No can do !’ .
Then our berth was changed in Southampton, so we had to walk with luggage to our car .
Finally the debit from our bank account is higher than the final account amount onboard …I’m now told wait up to 30 days for a response.
NCL … no thanks . Never again.
