Arcadia Med Cruise

Poor….last went on this ship in October 2022 and supposedly after that cruise it was withdrawn from service for a refit prior to 99 night world cruise. Same old grease and paint covered chairs in promenade deck which was closed more often than not for maintenance work at sea and in port. On first sailing it was 9pm before our cases arrived along with many other passengers, advised to arrive at ship 45mins later than planned due to amount of luggage being off loaded from world cruise??!!! More likely to be due to staffing levels shore side as well as in ship. A third of way through cruise captain announced covid cases on board, masks to be worn for remainder of cruise, never at any point did I hear any update regarding whether this was passengers or crew or both and how many. If P&O put as much effort into customer care and maintaining standards as they do pushing and selling future cruises it would be a step in the right direction in terms of stopping the decline.
