Arcadia Norway? Iceland, Belfast cruise from hell 05/07/22
Ray Wykes | August 1, 2022 | P&O Cruises | Arcadia
Only thing I can say is we visited some places that we haven’t been. Norway cancelled 2 1l2 days to get to Kirkwall Orkneys then Iceland 3 ports then to Belfast.
Hot food that was cold under cooked food .
Covid out break that was only admitted when a person had to go to hospital in lsafjordur .
Only on return did the captain made the announcement after most people had evening meal or waiting to go into the later sitting that we had to wear masks.
Arcadia needs to be updated torn wallpaper, plumbing and electric problems.
Not forgetting lowering problems life boats this ship had been not been used for sometime, these problems could have been addressed.
Lack of staff? The staff on board were run ragged thanks to Rachael in housekeeping and a Gentleman called Warren and another called Job these three are exceptional pepole.
Do not think some of the senior staff take things seriously.
