Captain and staff

We had a lovely time on Arcadia for the second time we went with Mum and Dad this time and told him don’t matter what the weather was the day will come over the pool and they can sit by the pool or swim unfortunately that wasn’t working this time and they was hopping to get in fix befor we got back to Southampton we would highly recommend the captain and his skills when we were going through Medina straight we had very high winds and the ship was listing about 20° with his quick thinking he righted the ship without hardly anybody knowing or we would like to thank the staff in the restaurant especially Bell and Ryan they really made our meals very special and we had a laugh with them every minute the only thing I found personally a bit disappointing was there wasn’t many shops and I especially like Pandora and was looking forward to spending some money there but they had nothing new and wasn’t getting anything to after we got back to Southampton and as we were wrong Arcadia for 19 days and the entertainment team put on a good show every evening . And you had some good guest speakers the young man who is doing the port call he told us things that we might go and want to see without having to go on excursion which we thought was very good.

I would like to thank or steward but unfortunately cannot remember his name right now cabin D44 he went out of this way to help us with any little issues that might have come up
