Disapointing

Waited 2hrs for luggage, was told by a passenger there was luggage near lifts. Found mine, why couldn’t they have said they were busy, no problem I would have been quite happy to get it myself.
Not enough waiters serving, definitely short-staffed. My cabin was on the cold side. 24th Dec. no heat, walked around the ship in my fur-lined anorak. Receptionists worked hard with all the complaints. Couldn’t get wi-fi refunded my money but that wasn’t the point.
We were informed that norovirus was on ship. Captain blamed someone for this but I believe like others it was ship’s hygiene.
Two cabins from me pipes had frozen then burst the carpets in the hall way were sodden and one of the cabins water logged I had to go the long way around. The machinery drying the place kept me awake.
Can’t blame P&O for the weather but missed two tour trips.
For the money not impressed being on the ground floor because we had more than one flood. I’m sure you at Bolsover could have done better.
I had been so apprehensive about going in the first place.
Had four bad meals the one on Celebration Night cold and I wouldn’t recommend the frozen fish but then there are different qualities.
I think P&O organization of leaving the ship could be improved on I couldn’t get to my cabin at 8am because passengers and their luggage in my way it was a nightmare.
The one thing that made the cruise were the seven people on my table otherwise it would have been dire. Forgot most of the toilets were out of order.
