Disappointed with P & O,s latest cost cutting items since our last cruise

Very disappointed with the lack of the following:- lack of port reviews, no bed turndown, lack of shuttle busses (only 2 ports), no port/trip presentations, no facilities for guests having purchased wine in restaurant to leave bottles for another day, guests walking around the ship carrying bottles of wine is very dangerous and certainly most inconvenient, cafeVigo being unable to serve coffee during the whole trip was very disappointing especially since trying to get coffee in the other bars was not easy, two of the four total coffee/tea machines were being ‘cleaned’ for the whole of the cruise, afternoon tea extremely disappointing – NO sandwiches and few cakes, the whole of Arcadia felt that it was past its sell by date and could do with a good refresh. The crew were excellent as always but overall a very disappointing cruise. Hope our next cruise with P&O is better.
