Enjoyed the Cruise But the Ship Need Attention

We cruised to Oslo , Copenhagen etc at Christmas. This is only the second time with PO and were disappointed by certain aspects. We went to the Meridian restaurant when we boarded , by invitation because we had booked a mini suite and it was a buffet. The food was average but there were long periods with no cutlery or plates. My husband waited 40 minutes for an orange juice! The food in the buffet was awful throughout the cruise. Meridian got better in the evening although the portions were small and Sindhu and Ocean Grill were good , excellent food. The ship was leaking in places with buckets to catch the water around the place.
When we stopped ijmuiden overnight the ships door was kept open and as a result the ship was very cold in the bars, and reception .
The plus point was our cabin which was very comfortable and we enjoyed having a mini-suite.
