Med cruise 19th Oct 2013

What a shame that the first class service by cabin, restaurant and bar staff was spoiled by the disappointment of not being able to see Corfu – a seeming arbitrary decision, reasons not accepted / understood by lay clients. Better to have missed Venice as incredibly crowded on their marathon day. Apologies coupled with facile statements of how well P & O had re-arranged matters (ie we missed Corfu and got relatively little extra port time elsewhere!)served simply to excaserbate ill feeing. Can we trust P & O in the future?
