P & O slipping
Malcolm Griffiths | November 14, 2022 | P&O Cruises | Arcadia
Arcadia looking better than before covid and due to the great weather a very good holiday. Staff generally were excellent and the Captain kept everyone very well informed. There was a marked shortage of staff who worked under pressure. Shortage of beers, wines and spirits. Selling wines packages that included wines which were not available all the holiday. Only one speciality restaurant open, large queues each evening for freedom dining, my holiday app not available 50% of the trip, entertainment not as good as normal apart from the Headliner shows which were excellent. Need to get their act sorted out.
