P&O Cruises Arcadia cruise review
Colette Rogers | August 24, 2018 | P&O Cruises | Arcadia
Joseph my cabin steward was very good! Excellent service. Entertainment was excellent. Food not so good some days-disappointed as usually food on all ships is excellent. The mashed potato had been frozen and defrosted in a microwave-still looking water on the dinner plate.
Life jacket drill was a joke!!
Not one member of staff checked that jackets were correctly put on. No training for staff. Disabled people left to get on without -and how in reality would they get to the muster stations with no lift to transport them?
Not asked to take a jacket, hat, gloves and medications. Different ball game putting on a life jacket with outer clothing!!
