P&o wake up this is a joke

Been on arcadia 9 times so obviously liked it however this Xmas cruise to Caribbean worst ever.the food was unbelievable,minut portions,food wasn’t,t hot,choice was bad.can,t say how after refit it has changed in fact apart from flat screen TVA blurry picture would not have know it had a refit.was on the ship in aug and oct and don,t know what happened but the change was amazing.freedom dining was disaster so used belvedere some nights had cheese and biscuits for dinner.toilets was going down everywhere we managed to dodge that this time(it’s a regular on arcadia)only consolation for us we had a getaway fare.if it hadn,t been for the great people we met kieth&janet,andy&milka,colin&elsie marilyn&pete we made our own fun new year because some idiot decided Aquarius bar was,nt going to be used.all the entertainment team could,nt have worked harder at all the getaways and throughout the cruise,little Suzanne was everywhere as usual,martindj and nick and Gavin in fact all the team deserve a thanks.in the theatre the two girls eden were brilliant.the people made it for us ,such a shame everyone complained about the food.the local pub puts on a better Xmas dinner. Wake up p&o there’s plenty of others wanting regular cruisers.keep this up and we are off
