Arvia 2 week Med. cruise
Phillip Smith | May 10, 2023 | P&O Cruises | Arvia
Oh dear P&O how can you get it so wrong . In 12 months you have gone from one of the best to by far the worst cruise we have ever been on. By cramming over 5000 people onto a ship that probably would have been struggling to cope with 3000, you have reduced the size of the balcony cabins so that its almost impossible to get in bed or open a wardrobe door because of the huge bed settee that was not needed. The virtual queing system is a joke. Up to 70 people waiting at times. Freedom dining was always no problem but on a ship this size I suppose they wouldn’t cope, but it’s got to be better than the complete fiasco that P&O have introduced. THE SHIP IS TOO BIG. greed has been put in front of service. You can’t book a speciality restaurant because they are full, many of the shore excursions are not available because they are booked up ( what is there to spend onboard credit on ) if you aren’t prepared to queue for everything don’t go on Arvia ..
