To say we were disappointed would be an understatement.
First, we arrived at the ship in Barbados at approx 5pm
We went to our cabin which was really good I asked room service for some bottled water. it took them 3 hours to deliver and our cases arrived at approx 10pm.
There was no water or fruit on arrival in the cabin as on previous P&O cruises and no bed turn down at night and chocolates left on the pillow These little things make such a difference.
The restaurant booking is a joke unless you wanted to eat before 6pm. Some of the queue was anything from 50 to 150 waiting absolutely ridiculous.
All shows were fully booked and trying to get an answer to any of the contact numbers for any department were hardly ever answered after waiting around 30 mins.
Sun beds were even worse unless people were ashore absolutely a shambles
Although the ship is amazing for whatever reason P&O have not got this one right.
The staff overall were really good.
