Arvia carribbean
Lorraine Walters | February 5, 2023 | P&O Cruises | Arvia
Disappointing just got back from a 2 week carribbean cruise. Standards have slipped, there aren’t enough sun beds so it’s a battle every morning and if you get one you’re packed like sardines. There’s not enough staff really and the cleanliness and attention to detail is poor. Everything has to be booked through the app which you can download on the boat which is so stressful. The sky dome ceiling wasn’t working for the first couple of days this is where the “entertainment” is during the day but it’s non-existent. Reception is far too small for the size of the boat with long queues all the time.
