Christmas & New Year Cruise
Peggy Griffin | January 13, 2023 | P&O Cruises | Arvia
It was a bit like Fawlty Towers to start with but got better as this inaugural cruise got underway… until disembarkation.
I just feel that P&O has tried to move its “grey” customers on too fast with new technology with which we were not brought up. Their admitted flaws in the new IT systems did not help.
We know the past few years have been difficult for them and they have had to cut costs and I can accept this.
Having said that P&O is still my favourite cruise line – I’ve had too many good experiences to let this one spoil the past. I can live without having the cabin serviced twice a day etc. but it’s the time spent on IT systems that make life difficult.
