TOO MANY PASSENGERS
DAVID CHARLES BONSER | January 16, 2023 | P&O Cruises | Arvia
I WILL ONLY WRITE A SHORT REVIEW AS THE CRUISE WAS NOT AS EXPECTED AS WE THOUGHT IT WOULD BE. THE CHRISTMAS EVENING MEAL WAS A NON-EVENT AS FAR AS WE WERE CONCERNED WITH MASSIVE QUEUES OUTSIDE THE MERIDEN RESTAURANT. THEY COULD NOT COPE WITH THE NUMBER OF PASSENGERS. IN THE END, WE DINED IN THE BUFFET, AND THE FOOD AT ALL TIMES THERE WAS WELL BELOW PAR FOR P & O.
THE STAFF TRIED THEIR BEST I AM SURE BUT THIS CRUISE WAS A NIGHTMARE AS FAR AS CHRISTMAS DINING WAS CONCERNED. DISEMBARKATION WAS ALSO A NIGHTMARE 2 HOURS OF SITTING IN THE THEATRE WAITING A VERY POOR ENDING TO THE CRUISE. IN ALL I SHALL NEVER GO ON ANOTHER P & O CRUISE AGAIN AT CHRISTMAS ESPECIALLY ON ARVIA. TOO MANY PASSENGERS FOR THEM TO COPE WITH.
