Very disappointing

Our first cruise since 2019 also first time on a big ship. We have been faithful to P&O since 2000 and until this year we were always very happy. We had difficulty booking anywhere for dinner and often had to sit with a pager waiting to be called when we could see lots of empty tables. In The Keel and Cow and The Beachhouse the portion sizes were enormous, to the extent I was embarrassed when the waiter cleared the table. This was a total waste of food which meant we didn’t use these restaurants again. There was a lack of waiters in the bars making ordering a drink tiresome. Booking entertainment was problematic and when we did succeed we had to leave the theatre in every Headliners production due to the volume. It was deafening. This was the same in The Chrystal Dome. Sail away was non existent. The entertainment team need to seriously give themselves a shake and look at how things used to be done.
We will NOT be back on a big ship.
