Aurora World Cruise 2014

Everything was excellent until we got back to Southampton. Before arriving we were asked to nominate a requested disembarkation time and define our means of transport. We requested 9.00 am and defined coach. Over the 19 years that we have cruised with P&O coaches have always been disembarked first. Not this time. We received a disembarkation time of 9.45 am. When I enquired at the reception desk I was asked which coach company I was using and I was told that Eavesway coaches were being disembarked in line with the passenger list and coach departure times given to P&O by Eavesway. Not true. On boarding the coach the driver apologised for the delay and knew nothing about a later departure time. I can only conclude that there is some spiteful action taking place within P&O against Eavesway. Because of this action by P&O, two passengers missed their connection in Glasgow to Dundee. P&O should note that this type of petty action and fabricated untruthful justification involving their passengers only destroys their reputation. Eavesway provided their normal excellent service and we will continue to use them
