Baltic Cruise Aurora
Hilary Fletcher | June 17, 2022 | P&O Cruises | Aurora
Booked this cruise after the itinerary was changed to exclude St Petersburg which I think impacted on passenger numbers (around 800). Check-in was quick and efficient. Unfortunately due to high winds 2 ports were missed. P&O dealt with this well given the short time they had to change.
This was the last cruise before going into dry dock and it was showing. However there was a high standard of service and the ship was clean. On the whole the entertainmaent was very good to excellent. The menu was a little limited but the food good.
Aurora is a small ship with fewer facilities and shops than Iona and Britannia. Having said that she is a lovely peaceful ship, with the advantage that she can go places that the large ships can’t. Looking forward to October and the Northern Lights (hopefully)
