Having cruised solely with P&O for the last ten years we have come to expect a fairly high standard and I am afraid to say that on this occasion we have been somewhat disappointed. The attitude of the staff seemed a little offhand. Perhaps this has got something to do with the current tipping policy of taking the tips directly from passengers accounts, or maybe they don’t feel its worth making the effort on a three night mini cruise. We have already booked a Fjords cruise later this year and if the trend continues we Will be looking elsewhere.
