Our fifth cruise but first on P O, possibly our last. We were not over impressed with a number of aspects of life on board the Aurora. The rather ambiguous dress code was disappointing, the food and service in the buffet was appalling, the wi fi cost was disgusting and attitude of the reception desk staff and trip desk staff was very disappointing and patronising.
We were conned into not going to the usual restaurant because of the dress code and the food and service in the buffet was appalling, the food, even after 30 years of school dinners was less than appetising and the choice very poor, the staff such as was there were disinterested and unhelpful.
The cost of wi fi connection was exhorbitant and I could not accept the reason was because we were on a ship, how come shops, cafes and pubs can provide it free.
All in all very disappointing.
