ShambolicXmas/New Year cruise on Azura

My husband and I have recently returned from the Christmas cruise on the Aurora. It was a shambolic experience. What have they
done to this ship, We were expecting everything to be in a pristine condition – far from it. There were lots of small irritating items that were missing. We had to search for the luggage mat to unpack, no sailaway voucher for the drink due to a printer breakdown. The general ambiance of the ship was missing. Can you believe that on a ship that had over 100 children on board P&O didn’t have any milkshakes available. After 4 days Costa Coffee were no longer serving any cakes or wraps with their coffee as their display machine had broken down.
The Headliners only gave 2 very lack lustre shows, definitely up to their normal standards. One things we found puzzling was the number of unhosted functions – in fact there was very little going on during the day – no deck quoites. There were a couple of evening entertainers which were worth seeing. The number of passengers who said they were extremely disappointed about the cruise were quite substantial. The concensus we gathered was that P&O are not concerned with loyalty to their passengers = everything seems to be about the new ship
