Slow start but great to be back!
Alan Thomas | May 10, 2022 | P&O Cruises | Aurora
All the covid testing (before and 2days in) put a damper on the start of the cruise because of the jeopardy of catching it and the possibility of being incarcerated for 10 days. After the tests, thing were more relaxed and enjoyable. The ship was brilliant as were the crew and staff. Food excellent too. 20 days went in a flash. I prefer the smaller ships as you get to strike up friendships with like minded cruisers. Looking forward to the next trip, but it’s time the cruise company returns to life in the real world and weren’t so dogmatic relating to covid. We had it in January and I’ve had worse colds.
