A Strictly Dance Baltic
Mike Bell | January 28, 2015 | P&O Cruises | Azura
We had not previously been on a ship as big as Azura, so it was a pleasant surprise to feel the smooth and silent sailing. The ship has excellent dining rooms, but the self-service ones were always crowded at breakfasts, not helped by the narrow Serving areas. Although Azura is one of the largest P &O ships it was not really suited for a Strictly Dancing cruise as the dancing area in the Atrium was far too small for the numbers wanting to dance. The entertainment selection was excellent and the Headliners were again fantastic.
The late alteration to the itinerary, which added Skagen instead of Kristiansand, was a shame. Skagen was very small and had little to interest us. The other ports of call were excellent.
