AZURA 2014
NAOMI MAHADY | October 6, 2014 | P&O Cruises | Azura
We were impressed with the flight and transport arrangements although the buses taking us to the airport in Bridgetown were rather old
The Azura was the largest ship we have been on but we rarely had to wait for anything except the main lifts at peak times so it was not a problem that so many people were on the ship. We felt as if we were staying in a very large hotel as very stable with no vibration.
Our trip was spoiled with a plumbing problem from Day 1 as our toilet would not flush on a regular basis and several times blocked and overflowed which was a health concern
Despite regular visits from the plumbing team this problem was notsorted and when we left the cabin 14 days later, I pointed this out to Management and told them the cabin should not be re used until the problem was resolved but I expect it was.
The Entertainment also left a lot to be desired and we felt P & O were making cut backs in that department
Despite the plumbing problem our holiday was very good value and enjoyable and we will carry on cruising.
