Azura – Croatia 22 – 29 September 2022
Sarah Maddox | October 7, 2022 | P&O Cruises | Azura
The Azura clearly is now showing its age. P and O have cut back on staffing as well as other things – there is no turn down service, there are no additional soaps, handcreams etc in the cabins, it is very very difficult to get into any of the upgrade restaurants – we managed one out of all of the upgrade restaurants on board. The fine dining waiting staff in main restaurant were just all running around – the customer experience was not as it once was. The onboard activities were clearly cut back as well – P and O used to be a premier cruise liner but on the Azura it is not now – we would really consider going on P and O again – and would look at other operators like Celebrity going forward. We heard a number of passengers also saying the same comments as us.
