Azura Xmas cruise

Overall an enjoyable break but after many p and o cruises the decline and standard and service was obvious. Freedom dining didn’t work at all. The app, which controls everything now, was hopeless. Impossible to book any dining during the second week which led to lengthy queues. Tried to switch to set dining(which was well under subscribed) but no help given to achieve this. Lack of restaurant management and responsibility only too clear. Staff did their best but too few. Lack of draught beer choice in all bars. Would seriously consider continuing my relationship with P and O.
