Brilliant Cruise

We had a wonderful time. The food was excellent. The one thing that stood out was the cruise members who’s job it was to help my wheelchair bound partner off the boat. They were helpful, cheerful and nothing was too much trouble. The shore excursions were very expensive and we did not buy any, we got of the boat with the adventure in mind. Taxi Drivers in Lisbon, Pisa and Gibraltar were wonderful and very reasonable do not believe the hype about the costs, check first and the cheapest was when we shared a taxi with others. Rome although we did not do a taxi was also reasonable for a shared taxi. The shows In the evening very a little repetitive but the entertainers if on for two nights had two different shows. The comedian was funnier on the second night! The shops on board need to be ignored – same rubbish different boat – or too expensive. The only shop that was reasonable was the alcohol and smokes, they know that we can shop at the different ports. Although the shops seemed to be always busy. Plenty of room on the boat for on sea days- lots of sun beds! All over nice ports good weather a good cruise.
